Key Responsibilities:
Begin early morning preparation from approximately 5am, deliver breakfast service for hotel guests followed by public service from 8am to 11am
Execute a modern, relaxed breakfast menu with consistency, pace and attention to detail
Contribute ideas and refinements that enhance the breakfast offering while respecting structure
Take full ownership of the kitchen during breakfast hours, working confidently with day team members, leading service calmly and professionally

Support junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs, with practical guidance and encouragement
